"PayID transfers have been easy for me"
I’ve been using PayID for my transfers and it’s been really smooth so far. The money goes through quickly, and I haven’t had any issues getting it set up or sending payments. It just works, which is exactly what I wanted.

I used my ING card in Japan and Thailand and had no issues at all. Tap payments worked in most places, getting cash out was straightforward, and the app updated quickly so I could keep an eye on everything. It was really reassuring to have a card I could actually rely on while overseas. Very happy with it.

I rang ING about something on my account and, to be honest, I had already settled in for the usual long wait. I had my coffee next to me and was expecting the hold music to become part of my morning, but after maybe three or four minutes, someone picked up.
The person I spoke to was really easy to deal with and didn’t bounce me around to different departments, which was a nice change. They sorted the issue smoothly, and I hung up thinking the whole thing was way less painful than I’d expected.

"Scam issue got fixed, but support was a bit slow"
Had a scam charge show up. Not ideal. I contacted ING and, to be fair, they did help me with the chargeback. It just took longer than I thought it would. And the updates weren’t great — kind of felt like I had to wait around not knowing much. In the end, it did get sorted, so that’s good. Just wish the process had been a bit smoother.

I’ve been using my ING debit card for a long while now it’s been solid. Tap and pay works, online payments go through without fuss, and I haven’t had those random awkward declines like I used to get with my old bank card. I’ve used it at shops, petrol stations, even on overseas websites, and no issues so far. The app updates quickly too, which is handy when you’re trying to keep track of... yeah. Overall, really happy with it.

I’ve been with ING for a while now, and from my own experience, I feel really comfortable using their app and website. The login checks, alerts, and card controls are all easy for me to find, which makes a big difference because I don’t like feeling lost when it comes to money stuff.

Personally, I haven’t had any odd calls, spam, or anything that made me question my privacy. Everything feels straightforward without being overdone, and that’s exactly what I want from online banking. I’d give it 5 stars.

I’ve had my home loan with ING for a little while now, and overall it’s been a straightforward experience. Checking payments and statements online is simple, and I haven’t had to waste time clicking around trying to find basic info.
I called support to ask about changing my repayment date, and I got through faster than I thought I would. The person I spoke with seemed to know exactly what to do, and they explained it in a way that made the whole thing feel easy.

There was a short wait at the beginning, but it wasn’t a big deal. I’m happy with how they’ve handled the loan side of things so far...
